Segnaliamo con grande orgoglio il talk dei nostri Paolo e Stefano Mainardi al phpDay, l’evento italiano dedicato a php  – oggi e domani a Verona. Tema del (doppio!) intervento? Sviluppare applicazioni Facebook con Drupal!

Facebook permette ad applicazioni esterne di poter essere totalmente integrate all’interno della piattaforma Facebook.com. Nel talk verrano presentate tecniche di integrazione sia per applicazioni Drupal già esistenti, sia per l’utilizzo di Drupal come piattaforma di eccelenza per lo sviluppo di nuove applicazioni. Presto online le risorse!

Ma mica mi ami Soap è un esperimento creativo di format di narrazione collaborativa su new media.

Il format è un classico, mentre la partecipazione è libera e interattiva, e la narrazione è convergente. La transmedialità comporta una profondità nell’esperienza di fruizione, aumentando la motivazione al consumo. Con FaceBook è possibile discutere gli script; con Twitter ci si tiene aggiornati sulle nuove pubblicazioni ed appuntamenti per i casting; su YouTube si possono guardare tutte le puntate. Nodo centrale del progetto “Ma mica mi ami soap” sono i casting online.

Ne stanno parlando Ninja marketing,  Blog a puntate, Lavorare nello spettacolo, Samuele Silva, e-Zine, Youmark e il Corriere del Veneto.

Nessun animale è stato maltrattato nella realizzazione di questa soap, anche se quasi tutti i membri e i collaboratori di MIKAMAI vi hanno preso parte.

The last Hack-Up consisted of the development of 3 new projects. The code is available here.

The Arduino keynote countdown is the right™ way to control the time for the speaker and the audience. It’s an analog time-meter with a gauge display that shows the remaining time for the speech, with three coloured leds that warns the speaker when time is about to finish. Made by Costantino, Giovanni, Cristian Maglie and Luca D’Angelo.

Sunday afternoon we hosted the Hack-Up here at MIKAMAI.  There were more than 20 people from 5 different countries and a feeling of brotherhood and common understanding that confirms that what we are doing is really worth our time :-)

The Hack-Up works like this: people propose different ideas and create groups that work on a project for 4 hours. All projects, and experiences are then published on a wiki. The purpose is to move people from talking to doing things and talk about them too!

The next meet-up is at the DorkBot… Thursday night.
